I grew up in a little hippy college town called New Paltz. Located at the base of the Shawangunk Mountains I always appreciated the beauty around me. In school I excelled in science I and thought of a career in cosmetic dentistry. During my high school years I began thinking about a career in art. After much research I decided to pursue a career in computer animation. I was accepted at Manhattan School of Visual arts and given a small academic scholarship. I worked vigorously to maintain my academics and create my senior thesis “YEA”. MY hard work was rewarded when my thesis was chosen as one of the best of the graduating class of 2008.

In May my film advanced to the semifinals for the Student Academy Awards held by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. I placed in the top 6 of all of NY and Puerto Rico.
